At Teen Moms Excel, we believe in the power of empowerment and community for young mothers. Founded by Ksandra Stanfield, a former teen mom herself, our organization is dedicated to changing the stigma and statistics surrounding teen motherhood. We provide a supportive environment for expectant and parenting teen moms aged 19 and under, offering classes and activities that foster independence, compassion, and integrity. Together, we strive to uplift and inspire women on their journey to success and-empowerment.

About Our Founder

K'sandra Stanfield, founder of TME, embodies the spirit of perseverance and ambition. When she discovered she was pregnant just a month into her senior year, she faced significant challenges, including judgement from her teachers and family, a high-risk pregnancy and concerns about her baby's health. Undeterred, K'sandra graduated at the top of her class just one month after giving birth to a healthy baby girl, proving that determination can overcome obstacles. Now, a decade later, she is a respected entrepreneur in Jacksonville, FL, owning a well-known design and printing company, a production company, and a digital marketing firm dedicated to uplifting other businesses and nonprofits. Recognizing the potential in teen moms, K'sandra founded Teen Moms Excel to provide the education, stability, and motivation necessary for success, empowering them to achieve their dreams just as she did.
